I kind of stumbled in this Bronson bike. I never heard of Jim Bronson before, because on one hand the series was not shown in Germany as far as I know.

A Professor in Hanover Germany, who lives close to my place, started the project. He bought this 1977 XLH which is left shifted (first series by HD). He collected lots of stuff of Jim Bronson, book, DVD, original autograph. As the Prof has too many projects right now, he sold me the Bronson project.

My Bronson bike is still in the project phase. The pictures show the bike in the shop where all the work is done. Unfortunately I have not got enough space at home to do all the work there.

Right now the bike is in pieces to get the frame powder coated. The Motor and gearbox are complete overhauled. In addition we will mount a kick starter. On eBay I was lucky and found already the appropriate chain guard. The muffler that is mounted on the picture is not to far away but still not a Bronson one. So I will try to find one or mount one that is even closer. What really has to change is the tail light. I do not like the one that is on right now.
